Terms and Conditions

1. Check-in time:      1:00pm
    Check-out time:  11:00am

2. To guarantee your reservation, we require a 50% advance deposit on accommodation by credit card or by bank transfer.  

3. A)   For credit card payments, we prefer Visa and Master cards.  To process payments through credit card, we need the following:
          1. a credit card authorization form (to be sent after booking is confirm)
          2. photocopy of the front side of the credit card
          3. photocopy of the back side of the credit card showing the card holder’s signature
          4. driver’s license and passport of the card holder 

 Please note that the amount debited in your credit card will be the equivalent to the peso-dollar currency exchange rate of your bank.
    
    B)   We allow online payment through credit card using Paypal (also possible for those without Paypal accounts). 
          (Please let us know if you prefer this payment method so that we can forward the Paypal Secure Site link to you.)

    C) For bank transfers, please note the following guidelines:      
Note: For international bank transfers of amounts less than $1000, we require an additional US $10 to be added to your total, to cover    receiving bank charges.
FOR PESO DEPOSITS – the exchange rate will vary according to the bank rate on the day funds are received.

4.  Refund Policy:  Please be guided by the following fees should you need to cancel the reservation:

     1) 1 night charge for cancellation made 14-8 days before arrival date
     2) 2 nights charge for cancellation made 7-5 days before arrival date
     3) No refund – for cancellation made 4 days before arrival date to ‘no show

5.Privacy Policy

1) We respect your privacy. We only use the information we collect to process your requests and to notify you of its status. If you opted in for Mandala Spa Updates, we may send you emails concerning new products, services or offers from us.
