If you are about to have, or just had, surgery. If you are on warfarin, blood pressure drugs, antidepressants. If you are pregnant or breast-feeding. If you are under 18. If you have an eating disorder.
The following are the most common mild symptoms you may experience during the first few days of a Detox Program. Please note however, while the majority does not experience any of these, it is a good idea to be aware of them. Tiredness, muscle and joint pain, flu-like symptoms, loose bowel movements, headaches, irritability.
The healthy environment at Mandala Spa and Villas has been created to give everyone the best possible benefits; for this reason, alcoholic drinks are limited to champagne and wine available in the evening.
It is important for us to maintain a restful and relaxing atmosphere for all our guests and in this regard we accept children 15 years and above.
Complimentary guided yoga sessions are offered at 9 am in the open-sided Yoga shala set high on the hillside.
