2010 World Travel Awards (WTA) – Philippines Leading Resort

Winning the award for Philippines Leading Resort, this is Mandala Spa & Villas’ fourth trophy from the World Travel Awards in three consecutive years. In winning this year’s coveted award in the Philippines category, Mandala Spa & Villas bested other prominent Philippine resorts such as Amanpulo, Plantation Bay, Hilton Cebu Resort & Spa, Hyatt Hotel and Casino Manila, and Shangri-La’s Mactan Resort & Spa. WTA President and founder Graham E. Cooke says, “This year’s winners represent the cream of the industry. Even in the face of adversity, these players continue to keep the industry strong.”

Mandala Spa makes Smart Travel Asia’s Top 25 Best Spa Hotels & Resorts

In this year’s travel poll, Mandala Spa & Villas went up a notch this year, bagging the 23rd spot on Smart Travel Asia’s Top 25 Best Spa Hotels & Resorts. In the entire Asian region, Mandala Spa & Villas is one of only two Philippine establishments that made the list.

An event that made our Hilot Trilogy a double-award winning treatment – the 5th AsiaSpa awards voted for Mandala Spa’s Hilot Trilogy as Spa Treatment of the Year. Recognized and applauded among 27 categories, voted on by 28 independent judges among the region’s top independent spas, besting other nominees such as CHI The Spa Shangri-la, Banyan Tree Spas, The Westin Langkawi Resort & Spa, ESPA The Peninsula Hong Kong to name a few.

2007 Asia Spa Baccarat Award -HOLISTIC TREATMENT OF THE YEAR “HILOT”

Mandala Spa & Villas, the country’s multi-awarded Destination Spa was honored at the Baccarat AsiaSpa Awards (BASA) 2007 and presented with the Holistic Treatment of the Year for its signature Hilot Trilogy treatment at a glittering evening at the Grand Hyatt Hong Kong. BASA 2007, considered the most comprehensive awards in Asia’s spa industry, celebrates excellence in several fields including overall spa expertise, atmosphere and professionalism.

2006 Boracay WOW Award -MOST OUTSTANDING ESTABLISHMENT

On its first year holding the WOW awards, Mandala Spa & Villas was awarded by the Boracay Chamber of Commerce and Industry (BCCI) as Most Outstanding Business Establishment. This is in recognition of its commitment to helping preserve the island by implementing an excellent waste management system. and eco-friendly practices.

2005 Asia Spa Baccarat Award – SPA TREATMENT OF THE YEAR “WATSU”

The first ever international Baccarat AsiaSpa Awards (BASA) awarded the Spa Treatment of the Year award to Mandala Spa & Villas for Watsu a treatment where you are taken to a journey a heated pool. Mandala Spa & Villas remains the only spa in Boracay that allows one to experience Watsu.
